Basic Technical Support: $20 Per Hour
Less than 20 minutes of: Troubleshooting / Fixing / Installing / Etc.
Standard Technical Support: $40 Per Hour
Server Technical Support: $50 Per Hour
Wiring Technical Support: $50 Per Hour
Printer Technical Support: $50 Per Hour
Network Technical Support: $50 Per Hour
Over the Phone Technical Support: $10 Per Every 10 Min.
No charge for basic over-email questions
Labor and Parts Billing:
We take cash and checks payable to JB Digital, LLC - Customers are billed within 48 hours of completed services - 30 day grace period.
